You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use i8pkr. Age is verified during KYC review. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one i8pkr account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Abuse of promotional offers — including coordinated bonus farming — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account restriction.
i8pkr is required to verify player identity before processing significant withdrawals. You must provide a valid Pakistani CNIC and proof of payment method. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending documentation.
i8pkr provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these proactively. If gambling is causing harm, self-exclusion permanently blocks account access.
It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using i8pkr is lawful in your jurisdiction. i8pkr does not accept liability for players who participate from locations where online gambling is prohibited.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on i8pkr. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. i8pkr reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify age.
2.2 You may hold only one i8pkr account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, regardless of the payment method or device used, is prohibited. i8pkr reserves the right to permanently close all accounts associated with a single individual found to hold more than one account, and to void any winnings or balances associated with duplicate registrations.
2.3 You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC. Any deliberate provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing i8pkr from a Restricted Jurisdiction. The determination of whether a jurisdiction is restricted is your responsibility. i8pkr accepts no liability for users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited under applicable law.
2.5 i8pkr reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your i8pkr login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 All activity conducted through your i8pkr account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to i8pkr support before the relevant activity occurred.
3.3 You must notify i8pkr customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, or if you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised.
3.4 i8pkr will never request your password via any communication channel. Any message purporting to be from i8pkr that requests your password is not authorised and should be reported to support immediately.
4.1 Deposits into your i8pkr account may be made via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever operationally possible. i8pkr does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. All withdrawals from accounts holding Pakistani Rupee balances are denominated in PKR.
4.3 i8pkr may withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification. You are required to provide a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back), a selfie holding your CNIC, and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable period will result in the withdrawal request remaining on hold.
4.4 i8pkr processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts as promptly as operationally practicable. Indicative processing times are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method and banking institution. These timelines are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee.
4.5 i8pkr reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks to any withdrawal request. This may require submission of additional documentation beyond standard KYC documents. i8pkr will notify you of any such requirement.
5.1 Bonuses and promotions offered by i8pkr are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented to you. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable for sports bonuses), and expiry periods.
5.2 You are solely responsible for reading and understanding the applicable terms before activating any bonus. Activating a bonus constitutes acceptance of those specific terms.
5.3 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money balance by meeting the stated wagering requirement. Real-money balance credited following satisfaction of a wagering requirement is withdrawable subject to standard verification procedures.
5.4 i8pkr reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to restrict or close accounts, where it reasonably determines that bonuses have been used in an abusive manner, including coordinated bonus farming, use of automated software, or exploitation of errors in bonus terms.
5.5 i8pkr may modify, suspend, or discontinue any ongoing promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. This will not affect bonuses already activated by Players prior to the modification or suspension.
6.1 All bets placed on i8pkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market as displayed within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.
6.2 i8pkr uses certified random number generator (RNG) software for all non-live casino games. The outcome of RNG-governed games is determined by the software at the moment the game round is initiated and cannot be influenced by i8pkr or by the Player after that point.
6.3 For sports betting, i8pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, or where the market was erroneously offered or priced due to a technical error.
6.4 The use of artificial intelligence software, automated betting bots, or any other software designed to give a Player an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
6.5 i8pkr is not liable for any loss arising from technical failures, interruptions to internet connectivity, or device malfunctions that occur on the Player's side during a game session. Losses attributable to verified Platform-side technical failures will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7.1 i8pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and cool-off periods. Self-exclusion permanently blocks access to the account for the duration selected by the Player.
7.2 Gambling should be treated as entertainment only. i8pkr strongly advises against gambling with funds required for essential living expenses, and against attempting to recover losses through further gambling.
7.3 Players who wish to self-exclude may do so directly through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period selected.

8.1 All content on the i8pkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of i8pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose.
9.1 i8pkr is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i8pkr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 In no event shall i8pkr's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 i8pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.1 i8pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, and to void any associated balance, where it determines at its reasonable discretion that:
10.2 Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.1 i8pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, i8pkr will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.2 The version of these Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time is the version in force. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i8pkr holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution mechanisms applicable under that jurisdiction.
12.2 i8pkr maintains an internal complaints procedure. Players wishing to raise a complaint should contact i8pkr support in the first instance. i8pkr will acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within a reasonable period thereafter.
12.3 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that may be applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
